1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of WordPress plugins sold by IC Studio (“we”, “us”, or “our”) at ic-studio.pro. By purchasing or downloading any of our plugins, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not purchase or use our plugins. These Terms apply to all customers, including individuals and businesses.
2. License Terms
When you purchase a plugin from IC Studio, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the plugin on the number of WordPress sites permitted by your plan.
Your license includes:
– The right to install and activate the plugin on the permitted number of sites
– Access to plugin updates for the duration of your license period (1 year)
– Access to technical support for the duration of your license period
– The right to use the plugin for both personal and commercial projects
Your license does NOT include:
– The right to resell, redistribute, or sublicense the plugin
– The right to remove or modify copyright notices
– The right to use the plugin on more sites than permitted by your plan
– Lifetime updates — updates require an active license
3. Plans & Site Limits
IC Studio plugins are available in the following plans. Each plan determines how many WordPress sites you may activate the plugin on simultaneously.

If you need to use the plugin on more sites than your plan allows, you must upgrade to a higher plan. Using a single license on more sites than permitted is a violation of these Terms and may result in license termination without refund.
Important: Site limits refer to simultaneously active domains. You may deactivate one site and activate another at any time, but you may not exceed the active site limit of your plan at any given time.
4. Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date.
To request a refund:
– We will process your refund within 5 business days
– Contact us at info@ic-studio.pro within 14 days of purchase
– Include your order number and the reason for your refund request
Refunds are NOT available when:
– More than 14 days have passed since your purchase date
– Your license has been used to translate more than 100 posts
– You have violated these Terms of Service
– The request is for a license renewal (not the initial purchase)
5. Support & Updates Policy
All paid plans include 1 year of updates and support from the date of purchase. After 1 year, your plugin will continue to function but you will no longer receive updates or support unless you renew your license.
Support includes:
– Bug fixes and compatibility updates
– Email support at info@ic-studio.pro
– Access to new features released during your license period
– WordPress and Polylang compatibility updates
Support does NOT include:
– Custom development or modifications
– Support for third-party plugins beyond listed requirements
– Support for expired licenses
– Installation or configuration services
We aim to respond to all support requests within 2 business days. Support is provided in English.
6. Prohibited Use
You may not use IC Studio plugins for:
– Redistribution — selling, reselling, or distributing the plugin to third parties
– Nulled versions — using or distributing license-bypassed versions
– Reverse engineering — decompiling or extracting premium source code
– Exceeding site limits — activating on more sites than your plan permits
– Illegal activities — facilitating any illegal activity
– Competing products — using our plugins as basis for competing products
Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate license termination without refund and potential legal action.
7. Intellectual Property
All IC Studio plugins, including their source code, design, documentation, and all related intellectual property, are and remain the exclusive property of IC Studio. Your purchase grants you a license to use the plugin — it does not transfer ownership.
The IC Studio name, logo, and all product names are trademarks of IC Studio. You may not use these trademarks without our prior written consent.
Third-party components included in our plugins (such as the Freemius SDK) remain the property of their respective owners and are subject to their own licenses.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mongolia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our plugins shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our plugins after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify customers of significant changes via email.
